Refund Policy
At Dr Dope, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at drdope.in@gmail.com with your order details and photographs of the damaged item. Upon receiving your email, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed with a replacement.
Replacement Process
- Email us at drdope.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged item.
- We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item.
- Once we receive the damaged item, we will process the replacement and ship it to you at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can't be cancelled once its shipped, you can cancel the order before it is shipped by visiting the my account page.
Important Notes
- Dr Dope reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or cancellation request that does not meet our policy requirements.
- We do not offer refunds for any reason other than damaged items.
- All sales are final once the product has been shipped.
