At DR DOPE, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Domestic Shipping

We ship orders across India through trusted courier partners and registered shipping services.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier partner availability, and local conditions.

  • Remote or non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time.

International Shipping

We also ship internationally through registered international courier partners.

  • International delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and courier network.

  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of successful order placement and payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume sale periods may require additional processing time.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may have separate production and dispatch timelines, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, DR DOPE is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, government restrictions, customs clearance processes, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the courier partner within the stated dispatch timeline. Once dispatched, delivery timelines are governed by the respective courier service.

However, our team will actively assist customers in tracking shipments and resolving delivery-related concerns whenever possible.

Delivery Address

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details, including name, address, phone number, and PIN/ZIP code, are accurate and complete.

  • DR DOPE will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via the email address and/or mobile number provided during checkout. Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts & RTO

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable during delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the shipment

  • Failure to respond to courier communications

the order may be returned to origin (RTO).

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Any advance payment made under a partial payment order will remain non-refundable as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.

  • Delays may occur during festivals, sale events, public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • DR DOPE reserves the right to modify shipping timelines, courier partners, and shipping policies without prior notice.
