Refund, Return, Exchange & Partial Payment Policy
At DR DOPE, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Exchange, Refund, and Partial Payment Policy carefully before placing an order.
Exchange Policy
We offer hassle-free exchanges within 5 days of delivery for size-related issues. Exchange or replacement requests are also accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

Products that fail our quality inspection process will not qualify for exchange or replacement.
Size Exchange Charges
For size exchanges, a nominal shipping and handling fee will be applicable. The exchange process will begin only after the applicable exchange charges have been paid.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or faulty product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted without sufficient proof may not be eligible for replacement.
Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please report it within 3 days of delivery.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refund Policy
At present, DR DOPE does not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges or replacements in accordance with this policy.
Refund requests for reasons including incorrect size selection, change of mind, refusal to accept delivery, or delays caused by courier services will not be accepted.
Partial Payment / Advance Booking Policy
For orders placed using a Partial Payment (Advance Payment) option:

The advance amount paid at the time of order placement is strictly non-refundable.

The advance amount secures your order and reserves inventory specifically for you.
The advance payment will not be refunded under any circumstances if:

The customer refuses to accept the order.

The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts.

The customer fails to respond to courier communications.

An incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address is provided.

The shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to customer-related reasons.
Return to Origin (RTO) Policy
An order returned to origin (RTO) due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Customer unavailable during delivery attempts

Refusal to accept the shipment

Failure to respond to courier calls or messages
will be treated as a customer-initiated return.
In such cases:

The customer will be responsible for all applicable forward and return shipping charges.

Any advance payment made will remain non-refundable.

Re-dispatch of the order will be processed only after applicable shipping charges are paid.
Important Notes

All exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Slight variations in color, print placement, or appearance due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or manufacturing processes shall not be considered defects.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange or replacement unless received damaged or defective.

Products purchased during sales, clearance events, special promotions, or discount campaigns may not be eligible for exchange unless otherwise specified.

DR DOPE reserves the right to reject any exchange or replacement request that does not comply with the conditions mentioned in this policy.

The final decision regarding eligibility for exchange or replacement rests with DR DOPE.
